For each visitor to our web sites, we log the IP address of the computer the visitor is using to view our web pages, as well as the referring URL, but not the visitor's email address. We collect information on what pages they access or visit, and information that is volunteered by visitors, such as survey information. This automatically collected information is used for internal review, used to improve the content of our web site, and then discarded. It is not shared with other organizations for any purposes.

We only collect personal information that is willingly provided by visitors to our web sites. The Productivity Inc. public event registration pages collect information about customers, including credit card and contact information for use in completing a transaction requested by a customer. Every transaction conducted at the Productivity Inc. public event registration pages is encrypted for the customers' protection.

Cookies

A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier that is sent to your browser from a web site's computers and stored on your computer's hard drive. The Productivity Inc web site uses cookies to maintain user sessions and log out users after a specific length of time.

We use this information for marketing and promotional purposes to occasionally notify you of Productivity Inc. products and services we think will interest you.
