Lean Certification Programs

Lean is all about learning and building the capabilities of all individuals within an organization.
In the recent article Lean Overtakes Six Sigma by Theresa Minton-Eversole and published in the April issue of HR Magazine, it is clear that the marketplace is clamoring for Lean talent. "Companies are seeking more applicants who possess "Lean" skills and competence, according to the latest study of 3,500 recent job postings reviewed by The Avery Point Group, an executive search firm specializing in placing Lean and Six Sigma talent. Based on its sixth annual study of Internet job postings, Avery found that demand for Lean talent exceeded that for Six Sigma talent by almost 35%".
Do you have the Lean skills the marketplace is demanding? For nearly a decade, Productivity Inc and the Fisher College of Business at the Ohio State University have been certifying Lean Managers. We set the benchmark, now we are raising the bar! It's your move!
