Operational Assessments

Productivity Inc. consultants, in collaboration with operations personnel at all levels, can perform an objective assessment of operational productivity providing recommended improvement opportunities, options, alternatives, improvement cost/benefit analysis, an implementation action plan, and the timeframe to execute the plan.

The assessment is a top down approach beginning with the goals and perspectives of senior management regarding current and future state strategies, and ending on the plant floor with first hand observation of the processes. Throughout the assessment, inefficiencies, impediments, inconsistencies, and all forms of waste are sought out and then matched to the specific tool/technique that can best remedy the situation.
