Make note of any problem spots on your equipment with this perforated yellow abnormality tag. The tag provides space for written description of the problem or malfunction as well as a note about corrective action. Once completed, the top part of the tag remains attached to the equipment (at the site of the problem) while the lower portion is provided to the maintenance department.
