Make a note of any problem or malfunction on your equipment that directly affects its safe operation. These neon green abnormality tags can be easily seen and help to distinguish these priority abnormalities. The tag provides space for written description of the safety issue as well as a note about corrective action. Once completed, the top part of the tag remains attached to the equipment (at the site of the problem) while the lower portion is provided to the maintenance department. Printed on neon green cardstock the tags measure 11” x 4 ¼” and includes a hole-punch on top to thread tie wire (included).
