How to Enter

To enter simply complete the online entry form and submit prior to the raffle end date noted on the raffle page.

Eligibility

Raffle is open to legal US residents 13 years of age and older. Employees of Productivity Inc. and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible.

The prize will be awarded in the name of the raffle winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. The winner must consent in the release to allow use of the winner's name, likeness and/or voice in publicity concerning the promotion without compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting any prize, winners acknowledge that their names will be posted on Productivity Inc.'s Web site.

Disqualification

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, interrupted, or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled, or misdirected transmissions, or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical, or electronic. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Promotion, as solely determined by the judges, will be disqualified. If disqualified for any of the above abuses, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate entrant's eligibility to participate in the Promotion. In the event any portion of this promotion is compromised by virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupts, or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend or terminate the Promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for any problem with Promotion entry generated by computer hardware or software malfunction, error or failure. Sponsor's sole responsibility for any irregular Promotion entry is replacement with another entry. If a potential winning entry is made by Internet or other computer entry, that potential winner may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the electronic mail address associated with the potential winning entry.

General

Productivity Inc., and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, agents and employees shall not be responsible for any damages, compensatory, direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise, with respect to, or in any way arising from participation in this Raffle.

Offer void where prohibited or restricted by law. Subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
