Course Description
Provide supervisors and managers with 10 critical performance factors that are needed to change current culture into a culture of continuous improvement. Supervisors play a critical role in the lean transformation. They are critical links between management hierarchy and the people who do the "real" work. Supervisors can bridge the gap between the current culture and the desired one. Yet despite these complex expectations, most organizations give supervisors limited attention. In this interactive session, learn the ten critical areas where supervisors need the organizations support in order to be successful in changing the culture.

Learning Objectives
This workshop is designed to help participants to:

  • Become aware of the ten (10) critical performance factors that are necessary for supervisors (team leaders) in a lean organization.
  • Develop & position the supervisor for a lean, flexible, best-practice organization (Profile of key skills required).
  • Provide supervisors with essential skills to required to manage the workplace (mini business) effectively, continuously improving in quality, cost effectiveness, delivery/throughput, safety & morale (QCDSM)

Who Should Attend

  • Leaders and/or all intact work groups (boss and employee)

  • Appointed organizational facilitators, team leaders or other key people in the organization who are responsible for managing the process of change

Cancellation Policy
Workshop registrations may be transferred to another colleague without charge. To be considered for a refund, we must receive notification of cancellation in writing no later than 21 days prior to the event. Cancellations received within 21 days are subject to the full registration fee and money will be held on account for up to one year for use at a future workshop. There is a $200.00 processing fee for all cancellations.
