A Call for Workshops
Overview
Productivity Inc. is now accepting proposals for training workshops in the area of Lean Management, Total Productive Maintenance, Six Sigma, Leadership, Culture Change and the various methodologies of process improvement for both the manufacturing and service industries.
If you have a workshop you would like to see offered as part of a workshop series or conference, you are encouraged to submit a proposal.
Goals and Format
Our public workshops offer a variety of options for executives, managers and leaders to learn the methods and techniques they will need to start or continue a process improvement initiative. We are always looking for new subjects designed around practical applications that participants can implement in their facilities -- on the shop floors or in the administrative areas.
The subject area must have broad marketing appeal and be able to be taught in a one or two day format. Workshop curriculums should not be theoretical and should provide a combination of lecture, interactive exercises, case studies or simulation that demonstrate the methodology and techniques to the participants.
