DMAIC Project Management

Lean Six Sigma projects are implemented following the DMAIC project management approach.

Define: Identify the scope of the project, form a project team and define the economic challenges.

Measure: Understand the Voice of the Customer (VOC) and the voice of the process. Measure the demand and its variability. Measure the performance of the entire process and each of its individual stages.

Analyze: Analyze the operational efficiency of the process, the individual stages of 
operational flows, the causes of variability and quality problems and the organization's skills in order to identify future operational methods.

Implement: Innovate and implement the new operational methods for the process, reconfigure each step and implement a new method of performance management.

Control: How to control the process and the organization, in order to move performance forward and ensure the organization operates as planned.
