Implementing a Lean workflow requires reducing process variation. Six Sigma is a project management and problem-solving method based on the analysis of statistical data and aimed at reducing defects and variability.

Using the DMAIC method (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control), you will learn how to uncover significant process variables and how to identify and control variation adding value for your customers. Through business cases, you will experiment with the practical application of Six Sigma in an office setting or a service environment.
