This 5-day certificate program was designed to develop participants’ knowledge and confidence in 8 action-oriented core Lean techniques. The program’s interactive teaching style combines classroom lecture group activities and simulations to translate theory into action. This combination of learn-then-practice allows program graduates to return home with the understanding necessary to assist your CI staff in the application and facilitation of improvement projects.

Visual Workplace; Strategic Planning and Policy Deployment; Standard Work; Value Stream Management; Total Productive Maintenance/OEE; Quick Changeover, Mistake-Proofing; Problem-Solving. *Curriculum can be modified to fit our specific objectives and to include elements of hands-on application of techniques to the workplace.
