Each program in this Strengthen Your Basics series gets to the heart of the methodology and provides attendees with actionable information they can take back to the workplace. Each interactive session will be delivered live by one of our experienced consultants, who bring a wealth of first-hand implementation knowledge to share. Sessions are taught using some combination of lecture, case study, group discussion, and team exercises.
