For nearly two decades, Productivity and the Fisher College of Business at the Ohio State University have been training and certifying Lean and TPM Managers. We set the benchmark in 2001 when we launched the first fully accredited certification program for Lean Managers.
Today we offer 6 programs, all held on the campus of The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. Each program is fully accredited and provides CEUs.
The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business
Since 1916, The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business has produced exceptional leaders who meet the challenges of a changing global business environment through creative and effective solutions.
In 1993, the college received a gift from alumnus Max M. Fisher, a leading industrialist, philanthropist and public servant. Mr. Fisher’s desire to see his alma mater become one of the premier management institutions in the country spearheaded the construction of a state-of-the-art, six-building campus.
As a result, Fisher’s reputation continues to rise and is reflected in rankings which place the college among top business schools in the nation at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
Lean and TPM Certification and Certificate Programs
Bringing together Productivity Inc.’s vast array of lean and TPM implementation experience with The Ohio State University’s history of education excellence seemed evident to both sides when representatives first met as members of Ford Motor Company’s Lean Advisory group in the early 1990’s.
As work progressed on curriculum development for The Ford Motor Company’s Lean Resource Center, the need for in-depth lean education and various levels of lean certification became clear. It is from this shared experience, that Productivity Inc. and Fisher College have co-developed the following Lean and TPM certificate and certification programs.
Each program is held in the executive education building on The Ohio State University Campus in Columbus, Ohio. Attendee comments and links to our Public Events webpage are noted below:
